Midi Disc & Star Necklace - Rose Gold

Personalised 24ct rose gold-plated sterling silver disc (12mm) and sterling silver star (10mm) both hand-stamped with an initial on a rose gold-plated over sterling silver 18” trace chain. More stars can be added. Please select the number of stars from the drop down menu and add the initials required to the personalisation box.
