COVID 19 UPDATE: Please note that there may be a delay in receiving your order at the present time. All orders will continue to be processed in the usually timeframe but due to current postage timeframes may take slightly longer to arrive. All orders will continue to arrive by Royal Mail. Thank you for your patience and do get in touch in touch if you have any problems.

Orders over £30 will automatically qualify for free delivery at the checkout. All items will be posted 1st class (3-5 working days).

Standard UK delivery on all other orders is £2.50 and will be posted 1st Class (3-5 working days). 

Want your order in a hurry? Delivery can be upgraded to next day delivery £7 (items posted same day and delivered next working day – excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Orders must be placed before 2pm Mon – Thurs. Not available on custom orders or personalised jewellery. Please get in touch before ordering to check your order will qualify for special delivery. 


We hope you like your new jewellery as much as we do, but if it’s not quite what you were after or you have simply changed your mind, we will be happy to give you a refund.

Items must be unworn in their original box and returned within 14 days of purchase. The cost of postage must be covered and we recommend recorded delivery. If the item is faulty we will refund the cost of return postage to you. Refunds will be processed 14 days after receiving the returned item. Excludes earrings, personalised jewellery and custom orders, unless faulty.
