Midi Disc Add On Charm

Want to build your own personalised necklace and add on as many discs in whatever colour you like. Each personalised midi disc can be added on in either sterling silver, rose gold or gold.

The mini disc measures 12mm and will be individually hand-stamped with an initial. Please select the colour of disc from the drop down menu and add the initials required to the personalisation box. Simply add this to your basket along with the necklace you’d like it added to and your order will be made as one piece. 

This necklace is made to order so please allow 7-10 days for your jewellery to be made and delivered. 

All of our necklaces are beautifully presented in a gift box, perfect for giving as a present.
